Students gain experience by drawing blood from each other. The documented experience gained during this class allows you to take a National Phlebotomy Certification exam through National Health Careers Association (NHA). Students wishing to take the national certification exam must have a high school diploma or equivalent and pay an online testing fee of $129 (subject to change) to NHA. Textbook included.
